Our journey started with brainstorming to identify the user problem until reaching out to the MVP, testing it , and improve it according to the user feedback during our usability testing.

My Approach
My approach as a UX Researcher was:
Agile Environment: Worked within an Agile framework, ensuring iterative and incremental development to quickly adapt to user feedback and evolving requirements.
User Interviews: Conducted comprehensive 4 user interviews to gather in-depth insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Usability Testing: Performed 6 usability testings to evaluate the platform’s ease of use, identify areas for improvement, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Collaboration: Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including designer, developers, and product manager, to integrate user feedback into the design and development process.
Continuous Improvement: Engaged in continuous feedback loops to refine and enhance the platform, ensuring it meets user expectations and delivers optimal value.

What I have learned
Working on the AI-assisted SaaS MVP platform highlighted the transformative potential of AI in streamlining business negotiations.
I learned the value of integrating AI for real-time insights, automating repetitive tasks, and consolidating tools into a unified interface to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
The importance of continuous feedback, iterative improvements in an Agile environment, and cross-functional collaboration became evident, ensuring the platform's alignment with user expectations and market demands.
